Does Mevesi provide training?
Based on the solution you have signed up for, training sessions will be available to you and your pharmacy staff. The sessions run less than one hour and cover typical usage by a user and administrator. The sessions are held through the Internet, conveniently allowing you to participate right from your office.
What is required to set up Mevesi?
There are different requirements based on your Pharmacy Management System. Information will be provided during the set-up process. In order to run Mevesi, you just need a Pharmacy Management System and internet access.
What data types can be integrated with Mevesi?

Can I export data from Mevesi?
Yes. This can be done through PDF and Excel files.
Does Mevesi offer data storage?
Yes. Mevesi has the capabilities to store prescription, point of sale, accounting, and reconciliation data.

What is your billing policy?
Mevesi bills you for your subscription service in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based on your number of pharmacy sites, not on the active users in the application. The Invoice start date is the first of every month. The date that you first signed up for your subscription with Mevesi payment is prorated up to the first day of the next service period.
